Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
Welcome to Gypsy Lane Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from us. By accessing our website, submitting an order, or purchasing from Gypsy Lane Co., you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Gypsy Lane Co.
Gypsy Lane Co. provides custom apparel, including shirts, hoodies, and other personalized products. References to “Gypsy Lane Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Gypsy Lane Co. References to “you” or “customer” refer to the person or organization accessing our website or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order. By using our website or submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, garment material, printing method, and other production factors.
Product availability, pricing, styles, colors, and specifications may change without notice.
4. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with a custom order, including:
-
Names, dates, numbers, and spelling
-
Garment type, color, and size
-
Artwork, logos, images, and design placement
-
Quantities and personalization details
-
Shipping and contact information
Gypsy Lane Co. is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork approved or supplied by the customer.
5. Artwork and Design Approval
When applicable, we may provide a digital proof or mockup before production. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the design.
Approval authorizes Gypsy Lane Co. to begin production. Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may require additional fees and may delay completion.
Digital proofs are intended to show general design placement and appearance. Final colors, sizing, positioning, and proportions may vary slightly due to garment construction and the production process.
6. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers represent and warrant that they own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally authorized to reproduce all artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and other materials submitted to Gypsy Lane Co.
Gypsy Lane Co. may refuse any order that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates the law, contains hateful or threatening material, or is otherwise inappropriate.
The customer agrees to be responsible for claims, damages, expenses, or legal costs resulting from the unauthorized use of submitted materials.
7. Design Services
Any original artwork or design created by Gypsy Lane Co. remains the property of Gypsy Lane Co. unless ownership is transferred through a separate written agreement.
Payment for a finished product does not automatically transfer ownership of editable artwork, source files, templates, or production files.
Design fees may be nonrefundable once design work has begun.
8. Pricing and Quotes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are issued and may be subject to an expiration date.
Pricing may change if the customer changes the artwork, garment selection, quantity, printing method, delivery requirements, or other order details.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, design fees, and other costs may be added to the order total.
9. Payment
Payment requirements will be communicated before production begins. We may require full payment or a deposit before beginning design work, ordering materials, or starting production.
Orders are not considered confirmed until required payment has been received.
Any remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped, delivered, or released unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Orders may not be canceled after materials have been ordered, design work has begun, or production has started. If cancellation is approved, the customer may remain responsible for design fees, materials, completed work, processing fees, and other costs already incurred.
Custom-order deposits may be nonrefundable.
11. Production Times
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific deadline has been accepted by Gypsy Lane Co. in writing.
Production may be affected by product availability, supplier delays, equipment issues, artwork revisions, order changes, weather, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.
Production time generally begins after all required information, approvals, and payments have been received.
12. Rush Orders
Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Acceptance of a rush order depends on product availability, order complexity, production capacity, and the requested deadline.
A rush fee does not guarantee delivery by a specific time unless that deadline has been expressly confirmed in writing.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Gypsy Lane Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact us promptly if a shipment appears lost or damaged so we can assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.
14. Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must not be picked up before receiving confirmation.
Gypsy Lane Co. is not responsible for orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period. Unclaimed orders may be discarded or donated after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.
15. Returns and Exchanges
Because customized and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Returns or replacements may be considered when:
-
The wrong product was provided
-
The product contains a production error caused by Gypsy Lane Co.
-
The product arrived materially damaged or defective
-
The finished product differs significantly from the approved order details
Minor variations in color, print placement, garment dimensions, or appearance are not necessarily considered defects.
16. Reporting an Order Problem
Order problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Customers should provide:
-
Their name and order information
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photographs showing the problem
-
Photographs of packaging when shipping damage is involved
Gypsy Lane Co. may require the affected product to be returned or inspected before providing a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
17. Garment Sizing
Garment sizing may vary between brands, styles, and manufacturers. Size charts are provided as a general reference only.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Custom products will not be replaced or refunded solely because the customer selected the wrong size.
18. Care Instructions
Customers must follow the care instructions provided with the garment or product.
Unless otherwise stated, custom apparel should generally be washed inside out in cold water with mild detergent and dried using low heat or air drying. Bleach, high heat, harsh chemicals, and improper washing may damage the garment or decoration.
Gypsy Lane Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, storage, ironing, or use.
